I have been waiting (impatiently) to share these images of the absolutely GORGEOUS Laura Rothenberg of Lauramemory Photography.
While I was in North Carolina I got in touch with some amazing photographers that I have met on Instagram. Social media is amazing. It connects this whole world right to our fingertips that we would otherwise have no idea even existed.
She and I had such fun splashing in the water of the Eno River. The pathways that wind through the trees are to die for and I wish I could have spent a whole day exploring.
My childhood neighbor growing up joined us for our river walk and man was she a trooper. Posing in all kinds of crazy places without batting an eye. I think she could have done without the threat of water snakes as well as the frogs…. but its not always just cartwheels and cupcakes right? Sometimes you have to really work for those stunning images.
Creativity balances my life, feeds my soul and inspires me to take risks in life that enrich this time I have on this earth. Photography is such a special craft to me. Something that I have done since I was old enough to hold a camera. If you would like to read more about how I got started please take a gander on over to my ‘about me’ section of this site!
Here are a few more memories from our river walk!
